Sky Daily and Son Sued Over Alleged Assaults at Underage Party

Sky Daily, the widow of Hulk Hogan, and her son, Hayden Hitt, face two lawsuits stemming from a March 28 gathering. Plaintiffs allege that alcohol was provided to minors, leading to a sexual assault, physical violence, and the subsequent destruction of evidence by Daily following the reported incidents.

The complaints detail a series of events at the home of Hayden Hitt, where guests were reportedly supplied with alcohol despite the known presence of minors. One plaintiff, identified as Jane B. Doe, alleges that Hitt facilitated an environment where she was targeted, eventually being sexually assaulted by another attendee while Hitt acted as a guard. She further claims that Daily disposed of blood-stained sheets and other potential evidence after the assault took place.

A second plaintiff, who lived with the family, accuses Hitt of repeated physical violence. According to court filings, this individual texted Daily after being shoved into a clothes rack during the same March 28 party. Rather than intervening, Daily allegedly urged the woman to wait until the next morning to address the conflict. Following the woman's decision to contact law enforcement, she claims Daily evicted her and discarded her belongings in the yard.

Beyond the allegations of violence and negligence, the lawsuits raise concerns regarding the integrity of the investigation. The second plaintiff claims that her attempts to press charges were thwarted when the Clearwater Police Department closed the case, citing Daily’s standing within the Church of Scientology. While these filings outline serious accusations of battery and emotional distress, no court has yet established liability or confirmed criminal findings.
