The HOA lawsuit alleges a pattern of neglect at the 5,000-square-foot estate Marcille purchased in 2019. Specific grievances cited in the filing include a failure to manage basic landscaping—such as weed removal and lawn maintenance—alongside complaints regarding the storage of inoperable vehicles and the visibility of trash containers. The association maintains that it provided multiple warnings and opportunities for the television personality to rectify these issues before escalating the matter to a local judge.
Beyond the demand for financial restitution, the HOA is seeking a court order to compel Marcille to bring her property into compliance with the neighborhood’s established guidelines. Marcille, who gained prominence as the winner of America’s Next Top Model before her three-year stint on Bravo, has not publicly commented on the litigation. The property, which she bought for nearly $800,000, was previously highlighted during her time on the show as a private sanctuary for her family.
