Mills recalled being invited to perform the song Home for Gaga years ago. After the performance, she claimed Gaga remained cold and dismissive, staring at her as if she had two heads. The situation reportedly escalated when the singer attempted to leave. According to Mills, members of Gaga’s team blocked her exit and forced her to delete photos taken during the event, effectively holding her until the images were wiped from her devices.
Beyond this specific grievance, Mills pointed to Gaga’s professional associations—including her past collaboration with R. Kelly—as evidence of a broader pattern. This is not the first time the pop star has faced such friction from industry peers. Adam Levine famously criticized her in 2013 for recycling art, while a high-profile feud with Madonna emerged in 2011 over the similarities between Born This Way and Express Yourself. Gaga eventually addressed the Madonna comparisons in 2016, asserting that their career paths and creative processes are fundamentally different.
