Stefan Loble, CEO and founder of Bluffworks, noted that the move addresses long-standing challenges with service accuracy and operational visibility. Unlike previous providers, Cart.com offers a software interface that allows the brand to monitor real-time shipment status without manual inquiries. Early results have already proven effective; when an inbound shipment arrived with transit damage, the Terrell team documented and categorized the items immediately, enabling the brand to resolve the issue with its supplier remotely.
Joe Barth, President of Fulfillment at Cart.com, emphasized that brands with high repeat-purchase volume require a higher standard of logistical precision. For a loyal customer, minor issues like water damage from a transit carton are noticeable and detrimental to brand reputation. By integrating these operations, the partnership aims to maintain the consistency that Bluffworks has built over the past decade.
