Ecommpay integrates Klarna to expand merchant checkout options

The collaboration allows merchants across sectors including retail, travel, hospitality, and digital goods to deploy Klarna’s various payment methods—such as Pay in 3, Pay in 4, and 30-day options—without needing complex third-party system configurations. By streamlining the technical requirements, Ecommpay intends to eliminate operational overhead for businesses while tapping into Klarna’s established consumer base.

Roman Tazetdinov, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Ecommpay, noted that the move addresses the clear demand from shoppers for familiar and flexible payment tools. Marc O'Fathaigh, Klarna’s Country Manager for the UK and Ireland, emphasized that the integration aligns with a shared commitment to making diverse payment methods accessible to a broader audience, effectively removing friction from the purchasing process.
