According to documents filed late Tuesday, Goth lists July 28, 2025, as the official date of separation. This timeline indicates the couple parted ways well before LaBeouf’s highly publicized arrest in New Orleans during Mardi Gras this past February. Beyond custody arrangements for their daughter, Isabel, the petition requests that the court terminate its ability to award spousal support to either party.
The formal legal move follows a period of mounting instability surrounding LaBeouf, who relocated to New Orleans and purchased a $1 million home after the split. His time in the city was marked by a series of incidents, including a confrontation outside a French Quarter bar that resulted in misdemeanor battery charges. LaBeouf pleaded guilty to those charges in June. While LaBeouf has since been seen with his new partner, Nicole Mumphrey, Goth’s filing now moves the couple’s domestic affairs into the court system to finalize the dissolution of their union.
