The recording features an unidentified voice screaming, “You don’t want to answer the phone?” before declaring, “That’s okay b-tch, I’ll be there in 15 f-cking minutes.” Despite widespread speculation, there is no evidence establishing who received the message or when it was recorded. The clip surfaced in the wake of Urker’s death on October 1, his 34th birthday, in Raceland, Louisiana. Authorities discovered his body after he failed to report to work, prompting a welfare check by acquaintances including Blanchard’s half-brother, Dylan.
While police reports initially listed the incident as an overdose, an official cause of death remains pending. Blanchard told PEOPLE she suspected an overdose, noting that Urker had been in a poor state of mind recently. The resurfacing of this audio coincides with renewed attention on other past recordings, including a 2026 video appearing to show Blanchard cutting a red blanket gifted by Urker. Blanchard and Urker, who shared a daughter named Aurora Raina born in December 2024, maintained a complex relationship that began during her incarceration. Since his passing, Blanchard has publicly addressed the cyberbullying she claims Urker faced, while continuing to face her own intense scrutiny from online critics.
