The new space is designed to optimize customer flow, transforming the traditional shop floor into a showroom for online shoppers. According to Shaftesbury Capital, which manages the retail destination, the store serves as a key pillar in the brand's effort to deepen consumer loyalty through personalized service and product showcases. This location is only the second standalone boutique for the retailer in the West End, following a recent upsize at 55 Monmouth Street.
William Oliver, Director of Retail and Restaurant Leasing at Shaftesbury Capital, noted that the move highlights the enduring pull of prime physical spaces for unmatched brand exposure. Niki Lo, General Manager for Kiehl’s UK, added that Carnaby Street is rapidly evolving into a primary beauty hub for London. The company views this investment as a critical step in reinforcing its UK market share and delivering an elevated brand presence within one of Europe’s most vibrant commercial districts.
