Amy Traves moves from M&S to lead CX transformation at Sainsbury's

Amy Traves has joined Sainsbury's as Customer Experience Transformation Manager, departing Marks & Spencer after a four-year tenure. The appointment marks a strategic shift for the retail veteran, who spent her recent years at M&S spearheading store experience transformation and future-facing customer propositions for the high-street giant.

In her new role at one of the UK’s largest retailers, Traves will oversee large-scale initiatives aimed at refining the interaction between the business, its staff, and its shoppers. She signaled her enthusiasm for the transition on LinkedIn, crediting her former team at M&S for their collaborative work and noting that the new position offers a unique scale of opportunity to deliver meaningful change. Traves will report to Ian Boden-Dowds, the Head of Customer Experience Transformation at Sainsbury's.
